All products sold by The Hired One are 100% digital. Nothing is physically shipped — this policy explains exactly how and when you'll receive your files.

1. Nature of Delivery

The Hired One sells downloadable digital products only (resume templates, cover letter templates, and related career-prep files). There is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery involved in any order.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, your purchase is delivered via:

An automated email sent to the email address provided at checkout, containing your download links
A Canva "use template" link for editable design files
A Google Drive link for Word/PDF format files

3. Delivery Timeline

Digital delivery is instant in the vast majority of cases. Your download link email is sent within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment verification delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

4. If You Don't Receive Your Files

If you do not receive your delivery email within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam/promotions folder first. If it's still not there, contact us at contact@thehiredone.in with your order ID and payment reference number, and we will resend your files within 24 hours, guaranteed.

5. No Shipping Charges

Since there is no physical delivery, no shipping or handling charges apply to any order on this website.
