All products sold on this website are digital products (resume templates, cover letters, and related career-prep files), delivered instantly via email/download link upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
2. General Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been sent or accessed, except in the specific cases listed below.
3. When a Refund Is Available
We will approve a refund request if any of the following apply:
- You were charged but did not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment
- The file you received is corrupted, unreadable, or does not match the product described on the website
- A duplicate or accidental payment was made for the same order
To request a refund under these conditions, email contact@thehiredone.in within 7 days of purchase, with your order ID and payment reference number.
